Jordan Peele reveals ‘Nope,’ starring Daniel Kaluuya, Keke Palmer, Steven Yeun

The film is called Nope, but the people are all screaming, “Yes!”

Jordan Peele unveiled the title of his newest horror flick by posting the official movie poster to Instagram on Thursday (July 22):

Peele and Daniel Kaluuya, of course, first collaborated on the 2019 thriller and pop culture phenomenon Get Out—Kaluuya played the central character, while Peele made his directorial debut.

Peele also earned his first Oscar for best original screenplay.

Nope follows Us (2019), directed and written by Peele and led by Lupita Nyong'o. Winston Duke and Elisabeth Moss starred as well in the story about “a family's serene beach vacation turns to chaos when their doppelgängers appear and begin to terrorize them” (h/t IMDb).

Peele hasn’t divulged plot details for Nope, and it’s not expected until July 22, 2022—exactly one year from today.
