Through the wire like Kanye West
Hey everyone thanks so much for sending me so much support. I feel a lot better and looking to a speedy recovery, wish it wasn't going to take as long as it's going to. I knew the injury was serious after they x-rayed me in the stadium and the x-ray showed broken in two places. Following the x-ray I went to the hospital where they put a brace on one of the breaks to keep it from moving further till the surgery which happened the following evening. The surgery went great, I will be like Kayne West and through the wire for 8 weeks.
A day after surgery it was great to receive visits from teammates, coaches friends and the owner. My schedule now isn't much different due to the fact I wanna stay a part of everything and be with my teammates. It's really weird now since I've have pain meds and since I can't drive and stuff but my mom and dad have been taking care of me. That's about all I got, again I want to say thanks for all the support and to the fans I'm sorry my season is cut short but I'm working hard to get healed fast and get back. Also thanks so much to my friends and my family and teammates and coaches who dey and fight on!

That's rough man, but feel better and I hope the eight weeks goes by quickly. Just think, another year from now you'll probably be a platinum recording artist. No more Boost, Ensure, and syzzurp after that!

Hey Keith, I feel for ya, man. I had jaw surgery a while back and had my mouth rubber banded shut with a giant splint in there for 3 weeks. Let me tell ya - it feels AMAZING when you finally get all that stuff taken off. I also recommend watered-down milkshakes and cream of wheat. Everything needs to be watered down or it tastes way too strong. Yuck.

Keith, I may not be a Bengal's fan, but I am a USC fan, and I feel for you dude. Keep your head up, and know that not only Bengal fans are thinking of you man. You're gonna be a great player, when you get back on the field, hit hard and play great. If you play the Eagles, just don't hit McNabb or Westbrook too hard ok? Luck dude

Hey Keith, I feel your pain on the broken jaw. I go to Ohio State and was recently cheap shotted walking home one night after a night at the bars, never even saw the guy. Broke my jaw in two spots and Im drinking through a straw for six weeks, it's awful. We need you back next year to anchor the D. Good Luck.

Before the game on TV last Sunday,Bill Cowher showed his picks for the best 12 recievers in the NFL. First he said TJ andCJ were not on his list. Then he mentioned Hines Ward and the clip he showed for Hines was the one where he broke your jaw, saying what a good blocker he was. I caught it on the DVR and played it back frame by frame. You could see the back of his helmet higher than you shouder pads, heading right at you jaw. Next frame showed him actually lifting you off the ground a little bit. Next frame his head was raised upright and you were flying. He should have been fined. Six inches lower and you would still be playing.
